Dell Inspiron 5458 - Weird problem on your keyboard .... Really weird !!!!!

On this laptop, the keyboard stops working after about 20 seconds when it enters windows. In the BIOS the keyboard works normally. The mouse always works. If I put a keyboard on the USB it works normally. I tried (in that order): remove the keyboard with the hot machine and put it back on; zero and update the bios for all versions on the DELL website; boot with Linux, hirens and windows7, to no avail. Another HD with windows and Zero formatting, and nothing. The voltage at the connector does not change, tested at each pin. I'm suspicious of the keyboard, but the fact that it works at Bios left me in doubt. And I have no other to test
