acer v193hql images not sharp

hi to all ... I have an acer monitor where it turns on but the images are not clear ... someone knows how to solve this problem ... I've already reset the screen settings but nothing

You can see it better than we can. Post some good clear pictures of the monitor showing the fault.

the images are seen with those dots and the brown is seen yellow

wanted to give some more information ... I noticed that the screen just turned on the images are a little bit better but after a few minutes I think after that component warms up the images start to become clearer not very sharp ... think it's a power supply problem
