    PCB's with all elements looks like new. I'm from Europe, so have 230V voltage.
    As for diagram 2. No Power & Power LED Off, I checked voltage on IC802 pin6 and that is 0. I checked pin6 with GND.
    But I have 5.2V on 1.2 pins of CN801...
    I did a quick review of the Service Manual, and don't have to0 many suggestions. The overwhelming odds are it is a failure of the signal card. This may be a failure of the processor, a bad solder joint, or some component is bad. This eBay auction has a signal board (logic board) for $15. If you can persuade him to ship 'across the pond' you don't have to spend hours on what is most likely a futile exercise.
