Why did those Finnish guys say this is not safe for use?
Its caps?

dont know, i never found the original article. i doubt they would worry about the caps, it would instead be a safety standards issue. i have also a few Q-Tec (also mentioned) with years of service.

Those Finnish guys have to have a reason but I guess they didn't release the reason why those power supplies are on the list.

Does your Q-Tec power supplies have good caps?
