It might be a ribbon-cable problem. The cable might be loose, but it's not likely.Have you test with another monitor and the same VGA video card cable?
Sometimes is only a bad connection of a pin in the "flex band".Others is the video chip on AD board, press on it, but be careful!, (don't break anything in the process.)
Perhaps, you may need to replace your wiring.

all cble are ok!! I tasted also all component on th AD board and it seem be ok also!!! I think it's the chip on the AD Board!!! or may be cause the Ad Board can't get the correct voltage from the inverter board!! but I need the correct value to compare with mine.

I heard some of the Benq LCD has capacitor probelm. The cheap lelon cap's esr is way too high and causes all sorts of problem. Also, cold solder joint is very common in Benq.

Well i assume the vid proc is using 5v, so make shure there anren`t any badcaps on this voltage andon the AD board. And examine the solder points of all comonents closly. may be there is a pin not soldered corectly.

            If it helps?
in my Benq FP731 (conector CN701) I read this voltages.
            stanby running
            TP 20--------0'07 V 0'07 V
            TP 19--------0'00 V 3'30 V
            TP 21--------0'00 GND 0'00
            TP 22--------0'00 GND 0'00
            TP 23--------4'97 V 4'87 V
            TP 24--------3'30 V 3'30 V
            TP 25--------0'07 V 0'07 V
            TP 26--------0'00 V 0'00 V
