I had a clients system in a few weeks ago, with general instability in XP. The Gigabyte GA-7VXRP motherboard had (3) bad GSC caps right by the ATX connector, and the 250W AGI power supply has (2) large ~4700uF caps in the output side of the PSU that are leaking.. Ironically, the motherboard worked fine with another PSU, but i replaced the caps on it anyway. As for the PSU itself, it's got a nice set of Panasonic 200V caps for the bulk DC supply. Too bad they didn't use panasonic's or another high quality brand on the output, as otherwise, this isn't a bad PSU.
