    I would like to know how to test in circuit dual N-channel P-Channel mosfet in a 8-SOIC package

    Get the spec sheet so you can locate the S (Source), D (Drain), and G (Gate) pins.
    You use Ohm mode to check for leakage/short between the 3 pins combination, but most common failure mode in these MOSFETs are due to shorts/low reistance reading between S and D.

      What would be normal reading for pin D1 & S1 19.60 ohm
      D2 & S2 18.32ohm

        Below 30 ohms is possibly bad (short) if on the board. You would need to remove it to test further

              Thank you both for great information. By any chance would you guys know where I
              can buy P2804HVG and STM4953 dual N-channel P-Channel mosfet in a 8-SOIC package
              other then China or Hong Kong.

                Perhaps look at the datasheets for each then look for a substitute
                This might do for the 4953
