    Seasonic SS-200HE AT PSU recap

    Hi all,

Short time reader, second time poster

I have on my bench a charming side-switch 200W Seasonic AT power supply, circa 1988, that's lived its best life and I think is due a recap. I have questions.

First, I've ordered a bunch of replacement caps from element 14, but I'm now wondering if I've picked suitable replacements. My primary criteria for ordering were: in stock, and higher rated hours @105C is better, right? Possibly naive.

For the 200v primary caps I've got some Rubycon BXWs coming. Most of the rest are 50v Panasonic EBs of various values, except a few 50V 1uF which I went Rubycon YXJs for. I also ordered a couple of Kemet film caps (these ones) to replace what's there. Are these correct? Do I even need to worry about replacing these?

Are my choices sound, or should I pick a different range/brand of caps?

Is there anything else I should look at preemptively replacing? There's a couple of blue tantalum looking caps near the primaries, or are these MOVs?

    Cheers for any input.
