    Marks on the PCB

    Hello guys,
    what would you say if you see marks on the PCB like the one shown in attached pictures?
    Are those traces from liquid or something else?

    Crusty looking capacitors, green vias, looks like liquid to me.

      the green vias are solder-mask to protect the conductive paint.

      the white could be a sign of moisture or just poor factory de-fluxing.

        This board was in spare parts stock for about 10 years. It wasn't properly sealed but never used. I'm gonna use toothbrush and some isopropyl alcohol to clean it.
