Repair? Fe490/Fe590/FE480 NM-B911 Board (newbe alert!)

I have a Lenovo laptop with water damage, after fysical cleaning it works every day better.
One usb port is not working, no data, edit: seems hardware connection ) and system is sensitive sometimes it drops off after pluging u usb
stick or light touching the charger cable. But the last thing occurs less some how.

I noticed when doing a passmark benchmark the first time it scores good, doing one after it is much lower,
when waiting / cooling it is getting the same score again.

Some mosfets are getting "hot" while on load.

I have learned on youtube putting the multimeter in diode mode, plus on ground and check caps.
When short it beeps on both sides, in the erea where it does get hot I measure shorts (cap and mosfets) (with my knowledge) (without battery)
I have bought a older revision schema to check and learn,

    The PQ 401 / 404 / 409 ok
    the PQ 402 / 403 / 405 / 410 / 411 don't in schema 6324 but actual PK810BA (nikos)

When I measured the 2 caps PC540 I do get 0.1v til 1.1v on load. ( in the beginning the system shuts downwhen measuring in V mode ... but not anymore)

I have to check / measure the back.
Has anyone a tip or lucky shot for me regarding the "shorts" ?

    Thanks in advance
    Jeroen

What problem are you trying to fix? If the computer is booting there's no short on the board.

      Yes it is booting indeed.
I try to get it in orginal condition, when I find the "shorts" I try to get it good again.
What can cause the "short" beep on the multimeter ?
I have added red and green in the photo of the chips, green is around 0,5v and red is beep on both sides.

      thank you
