dell e5550 not posting

Hi, hope someone can help diagnose a dell E5550,

Mobo LA - A911P Rev 1

which refuses to post.

When received, the laptop powered on, but gave a light code indicating ram issue. The ram and slot were cleaned, then ram re-seated.

Now laptop powers on with no error codes or beeps, but wont display to lcd or hdmi.

When a usb win10 installation stick is present at boot, there is no sign of power or communication with it.

I have the board out and have inspected components for obvious damage/liquid ingress but found none.

pl700 = 19.5v
PL701 =13.5V

these get warm, but not hot hot


processor grease was dried out and has now been re - pasted.

Fan spins high when on button held in for shut down.

pl101 3v and pl102 5v are present

pl200 1.35v present

pl500 2.04v

pl301 1.05v

Anything to check before pulling the bios chip?

Check whether DRAMRST# is present??

dramst fine, I've got another board rather than chase the fault, but put to one side for a Rainey day....thanks mcpisig123...i think i will wait till i have a few boards and do a few bios dumps in one day
