Dell E5570 USB poorts not working

I have here Dell E5570, where poorts USB nor working.

Any idea?

1) every USB connector is not working ?

2) confirm Vbus (+5v) is present

3) if every connector is not working - check the BIOS to check if the port is enabled

4) Remove all power. Meter in DIODE mode.

Red meter probe to GROUND.
Black meter to USB D+ pin. Reading ?

Black meter to USB D- pin. Reading ?

Repeat for each USB port. Post all measurements.
