Default Gigabyte p55w power issue

I have a gigabyte p55w laptop that does not power on

Board is GA-RP55W6 rev 1.2

I have 3.4v at the power button, when the power button is pressed it goes from 3.4v to 0v and stays at 0v. I cannot find any shorts on the inductors or mosfets.

Can anyone point me in the correct direction please.

Check the RTCRST SRTCRST , Bios was flash with a working one ? Check on the coils as your power up what voltages are missing
