Default ACLU1/ACLU2 UMA NM-A272 REV 1.0 problem

When I plug the DC charger the light indicator of the motherboard just blink and blink is anyone encounter this kind of problem? is there a way work around ?

You have not come up with any measurements.How can anybody help. Measure voltage on first 2 dc-in mosfets S-G-D.
