ASUS G501 cpu not turning on

The central pin on power jack was broken and shorted the motherboard...
First i replaced power jack, then i find short on pch and it8585...Replaced pch and it8585...then i found short on PWM CONTROLLER NCP81103, so i replaced it also....as far as i can see i have voltage everywhere but cpu is not opening (Gpu is turning on 0,8v).
all_system_pwrgd 3,3v
h_dram_pwrgd 0,71v (low?)
but on logic drampwrok is not opening, 0v!
What am i missing? the resistence on +vcore is arround 30 ohm!

I attached the boardview, its the same as g501 just flip the board horizontally.

this boardview file is strange that it does not show the ICs properly.
It seems the CPU_Core circuit is still not working. So check the CPU_Core controller and its Mosfets.

You have PM_PWROK_PCH and PM_SYSPWROK_PCH? 25Mhz PCH clock present?

Check U0303 for short.

if no short then check U0303:
- pin1 should be 3v
- pin2 should be 3v
- pin5 should be 3v
if these pins are all 3v then replace U0303.
