Need help with programming bios dump for laptops which has NVIDIA Geforce

Hello Friends !
I have Dell Inspiron which has Nvidia Geforce.
After some month of working the screen has been completely black.
So I programmed the bios Chip
the problem was solved
but It doesn't detected any Nvidia GPU
I think I have programmed with an bios bin which hasn't Geforce on it !
