Default About MEC-CON capacitors

I found a picture of a PSU with MEC-CON capacitors, what surprises me is that it is almost the same as Nippon Chemicon.
It's possible?
MSH series primary capacitor:

MLH secondary.

It is strange, found nothing about this brand.
I think it's a renamed Samyoung, because the photo comes from a Korean PSU.
