Need help replacing blown ferrite inductor (I think)

After installing a replacement screen, the backlighting went out and I discovered what I initially thought was a blown fuse. I reconnected the cracked screen and bridged the "fuse" with tweezers and the backlight came on, so I tried the same thing with the replacement screen and the tweezers just sparked, no backlight came on, and the "fuse" was damaged even more. (And yes, the screens were the same model number. I have received an RMA for the screen already)

The reason I think it was a ferrite inductor is that 1st, it didn't look like a fuse I'd seen before, and where it blew there was what looked like a ball of molten metal stuck to the side.

Also, I found this post here where the user is referring to it as a ferrite inductor: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...=GA401IV-BR9N6 , and the component this user is talking about is the same one I am dealing with. (going to pins 1 - 4 of the display connector) Right next to this component is a poly fuse.

I also found another site, with a user having the same problem here: https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthrea...ark-fried-chip! , where another person with the same problem (but different model) found schematics for their board, and said this was their replacement: "Looks like in my case it's an SMD ferrite inductor (3A/120 Ohm/190 Henry/100 Hz/0603 series"

Can anyone tell me if those specs this person listed could work in my case? Or what the possible ramifications would be of not getting the specific replacement? I haven't been able to find a boardview or schematics for this mobo, and the links I've posted here are the only things that have gotten me anything resembling a possible solution.

Below is a picture of said component:
