Default Dead Gamepad cordless Logitech unknow IC help!!

Hello

This gamepad was overvolted to 8v instead of 3v (comes with 2 x AA bat originally) and now does not power on... want to know what the IC 5 pins really is (just labelled as CXMX ...because it is not driving the VDD to the main chip 24E1G ( transceiver)
If i put directly 3v on pinn 1 in 24E1G red led turns on so not dead really but gamepad not recognized in pc.

Any other PIN in that 5pin chip CXMX needs to be on? What that is?
