any help please ? also can the new file has cleaned ME as i don't want to un solder the chip again to reprogram it , it is already un soldered now and waiting for the dump file to reprogram the bios chip then solder it back

i tried it , still no power , there's light when you plug the charger but when you press power button nothing happen , no fan sniping or anything but the cpu and gpu getting hot when you press the power button , does this model have EC bios ? maybe the problem there , voltage present on the bios chip , not sure what else to check ?
