                          Hi. Ive been directed here by a different forum, to this specific thread. It seems I am after this file but...my dell inspirion 7720 board number is DAORO9MB6H3 REV: H3. 3 rather than 1 at the end

                          Will this file you've shared in the thread work for my motherboard?

                              I was facing similar problem. After turn-on there was black screen without screen backlight. Pressing "D" + "PowerBtn" runs colored display test, CPU fan running at full speed. I tried to upload firmware from this topic. CPU fan becomes turned off but the screen still black. I tried to re-upload "original" backup-ed firmware and fortunately screen becomes alive. I was able to run bios and diagnostic tests. There is a difference in hash sums between firmware from this topic and mine. I leave it here just in case.
