Thinkpad T440P turn on abut 5 seconds only

Dear brothers,

Lenovo T440P machine to be repaired, the problem is when the power switch is pressed then power indicator light up, cpu fan rotates, 3vM and 5vM up, no display comes. around 5 seconds later it turns off.

I removed ram cars and then turned it on, then it will remain on, ram beep is coming.

There is an Nvidia graphic chip on board. mother board ID NM-A131 Rev 1.0

please help me to solve this.

You said that the laptop remains powered on if you remove the RAM.

Did you test different RAM?

Yes brother, i checked with 3 RAMs. But its same.

it just means tha problem with POST is after RAM power on - check power on sequence if you have it on schematic it should tell you where to look.
