    all coils has no short.
    ec bios reflash
    SIO kb3940 chip replace
    PU5 BQ24738 replace

    3.3v ok in power button.

    already check +3VPCU all lines

    PU9 LDO 3.3v ok
    19v ok

    any advice what to check

    Check PR100 located near U1.Usually it goes bad. Check pg5 of schematic for IO Thrm Protect circuit. If you have trouble locating the component, use search in forum. Boardview is already posted in this forum.

        wow problem solve. pr100 is bad, how did you know that pr100 is bad when charge indicator is flickering.
