Three vertical lines without t-con board connected: Sony 55X8000F

I have a Sony 55x8000f that has three vertical lines (three different colors), with the lines still showing when the cable from t-con board to the panel is disconnected. Am wondering what might be causing this? Unfixable panel problem?

The line is still there if the other t-con cable is connected, but not there if both are disconnected. could it still be the t-con board even if the flex cable is disconnected on that side of the panel?

Vertical lines are bad panels and not the tcon board. Google Sony tcon training manual.

Thx. So either a tab bond or driver IC issue i assume. Or can the issue be inside the actual polarisers? Since it seems to be a couple of lines, I'm inclined to believe it's a driver IC issue?
