Logitech Bluetooth - Megaboom3. Is my diag correct ?

    Hello,

I got a Logitech megaboom to repair from my brother in law. The device doesn't charge, no led, takes 0.0 amps.. nothing. I open it. there a little PCB with micro-USB port.

i took pics and measure some componement. I see what i think is a mosfet Q17 with 4.6V and 0V at output (the one near the caps with orange rectangle). I see also a caps (C85 in orange rectangle) that doesn't bip to ground like the other. I am not sure what i should try first... and if my conclusion are correct.

Thank you all for you help, this forum is really amazing.

    Sam.

so I lift the right side of C85 and now led is blinking, I can turn it on, it says "charging" but it's no taking any amps... so I guess thats due to the mosfet not doing his job ?

Well, I left it blinking for 20 min and now it's taking 1.2 amp... so looks ok. I'll wait two hours and see if device is working.

maybe battery was so low... that's why it didn't charge at first.
