Hp Stream with charging issue DAY0HGMB6C1 REV:C

Please I urgently need help with this hp Stream laptop a customer brought to me,when you plug in the charger the power jack led turns red indicating that the laptop is charging but when you put the mouse pointer on the battery it indicates plug in not charging.

Can someone help me with schematic

I do not see the schematic in my database which is fairly exhaustive. The schematic may not be public yet.

Post clear pics of the battery charger IC along with the topside markings of the IC.

Then we can locate the datasheet or a reference schematic to get started of your review. Often, HP will use the TI charger IC and some of these datasheets are posted on their website.
