i found that in past someone must already change bios. I use "never tagged". It found proper mac addres, but it start 30seconds and i could not find place to write windows cd-key.

Unfortunatelly on this one it make continous reboots, without screen.
Reflashin back my one works with delay.
There is i3-7130U

I wonder if someone changed already BIOS, as on Corporate LP it work fast, but was injected Consumer LP and on it there is 30s lag..

Now i see you have Consumer H instead LP. Maybe this make fault.

Edit:
I use "never tagged" bios, then
I inject mysefl this ME and it work great.

problem is motherboard powers on only once but no display.

Go back to the first page and look at foulou0238's post at Post#13 and get his file Dell 5490_DDM70 LA-F401p_W25Q128JV Never Tagged. Works like a charm!
