              if you look at the bottom of your display, it looks like all off the screen starts to drop out/no display. I'd look for moisture damage on the driver boards between the screen and the tconn?

                I have inspected up to the sceler board, i didn't see any damage. Am suspecting the cof ic. And the ic's are 14 in numbers . 7 each side. And if you look at the screen only corner is having good picture. So am asking if i replace the rest about 13 chips if it will work ?
