Not an equivalent - RT8249C has pin 19 as SKIPSEL (PWM Operating Mode Selection) and TPS51225C has pin 19 as VCLK (Charge Pump Output Clock). TPS51225C is only an equivalent to RT8249A/B and RT6585A/B. It is however possible to use TPS51225C in place of RT8249C but it is required to cut off pad 19 underneath the IC to separate the circuit from pin 19.

Not an equivalent - RT8249C has pin 19 as SKIPSEL (PWM Operating Mode Selection) and TPS51225C has pin 19 as VCLK (Charge Pump Output Clock). TPS51225C is only an equivalent to RT8249A/B and RT6585A/B. It is however possible to use TPS51225C in place of RT8249C but it is required to cut off pad 19 underneath the IC to separate the circuit from pin 19.
