LG 55EA870V with partial life, but no picture - Freebie again

Got this 55" OLED for free - the manual found on Elektrotanya and attached here, but it is maybe the worst service manual I have ever seen...

Symptoms :

No picture, nothing, but can be operated on/off with the remote control, power consumption goes to around 60W when ON, and the main CPU and big BGA on "Tcon" gets hot. All voltages mentioned in the service manual are present.

The LG LOGO comes with a single "heartbeat" at power on, and I have seen a handful of bright dots on the lower part of the panel at power off a couple of times.

E-waste ?
Or any saving suggestions ?

Are you getting backlights? A picture with flashlight held to screen?

It is an OLED - so no backlights to the best of my knowledge

disconnect the 24V rail between the powerboards and T-CON driver boards then turn on,,, could you hear sound if you feed it HDMI signal or other source... of course the screen remain black.

Seems like no boot with 24V disconnected. I guess it is E-waste time....
