Lenovo T490s

i got a t490s someone tried to work already on it when i opened i saw there are some missing pads and the resistors are moved from the actual position
can someone please upload the picture so that i can compare what is missing and also the right direction to connect the resistors as i dont have the board view
also will appreciate if someone has the board view or same area picture
and system is not switching on can someone guide me please

At first glance everything looked fine to me in the picture, after checking the boardview file I was able to see what you meant in your post.
