elitebook 8440p

this laptop was blinking (caps and num lock) 5 times but it displays the hp logo screen with " press esc" but nothing else, even when i press esc it will does nothing....
i tried to remove HDD but the same problem....
i tried to do Bios recovery by pressing windows+b with no success...even the system did not read the usb at all to recover...
i shut it off then on but now i have no screen at all with 3X blinking caps and num locks
i thought it is Ram, i changed it but still the same
i removed cmos battery, it works again but after restart or shutdown, it again has no display

You have to Flash BIOS , save the old DUMP

I already flashed the bios with no success

To me also it seems like a corrupt bios. maybe, the bios image you flashed is not proper.

i noticed a strange thing:
when i remove ram at all and power it on then off, then insert ram again , it will work normal, then after power off... no display again and so on

i cleaned the whole board, and now the computer is not booting with always 3x caps and numlock
