In following the silk screen on the circuit board, it appears to be a 125V rated T5A fuse.

Are you sure? And is the fuse above f300?

No. Not sure. You are correct that there is a SMD fuse (confirm with the silk screen that is covered in the pic).

Was there anything in the boxed in area? You can check with a meter on the wires going into this PCB. Does one of the wires reach the fuse (white SMD) ?

The 125v T5A refers to the (5R) ceramic fuse, under the fuse id ?00 there is a line that points to the value (125v T5A). The capacitor C010, which seems to be there, is likely a .1 or .01 cap and does not seem to be too critical.
