Hi,
thanks, problem was probably with flux. I used alpha rma7 flux but its rosin based. I tried clean pcb after removing chip (lead free) and this flux was overcooked. Very hard to clean from pads so not good for desoldering. Will test it with kingbo flux filled to syringe.

As soon as I changed flux, there are nice results for desoldering. No chip warping anymore.

good job man how much time u had to get chip melt completely ?

ps: remember to stay 5-10 seconds more when chip start move

9 min. to reach max.temp, then station notify me and I take chip out.
