Here are the results from the 500 milliamperes load test

1.00 volt @ 500 milliamperes hours = 3.96 amp hours close enough to 4.2 amp hours = 95% useful life left in this battery cell

Well worth $5.50 a pack

These two repairs where found with a ESR meter...> Temp at 50*F then at 90*F the ESR reading more than 10%

1 Over Head Crane Current Sensing Board ( VFD Failure Five Years Later )
2 Hem Saw Computer Stack Board

All of these had CAPs POOF
All of the mosfet that are taken out by bad caps

I just bought some because I have some older tools that use nicad batteries and was not going to be easy to use 18650 batteries in them
