LG 47LB6500.ATR - No Picture/No Back light but has standby voltage

LG 47LB6500.ATR - No Picture/No Back light but has standby voltage

My living room TV kaput after lighting storm along with Cable Set-top Box connected via HDMI-3.
So, with my little knowledge of electronics I thought of fix it by myself.
First, I searched forum for any case registered existing if anyone have same issue/symptom.
Found some few case near matching But not really the same !!!
Now decided to open a new thread.

    Brand: LG
    Model: 47LB6500.ATR
    Panel: LC470DUH (FG)(P2)
    Main Board: EAX65363904

    Problem:
    No Back light
    No Picture
    No Standby light (Red LED)
    Sign of dead !!!

    Observation:
HDMI-3: D3214/D3215 - Burnt - close look with Magnification glass

    Power Supply Reading as below
    Input Power Supply - 240v

    Connector P201
    PWR-ON - 3.5v Ok
    3.5v - Ok
    12v - Ok
    24v - Ok
    P-DIM1&2 - 0v
    DRV-ON- 0v

    P801
LED strip: LED OFF - (Supplied 3.5V with 10K Resister to DRV-ON || All LED Turned ON)
    C610
    Power Capacitor : 358v
    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
    Main Board Voltages
    Enable voltage is 0.8v
All below IC input voltages are Ok but output 0v which is responsible to generate 3.3v,5v,1.5v,1.1v
    IC2300
    IC2334 (Typo in Schematic IC2304)
    IC2303
    IC2301
Since there was no output of 3.3v,5v,1.5v,1.1v from above ICs, IC2303 has no output of 2.5v
    ----------------------------------
IC3000 input Vdd 3.5v is good
But from IC3000 - enable pin feeding to above ICs were absent (0.8v) and also this IC is heating above normal.

Any help would be much appreciated...

Looks like IC3000 is not providing the Power_On/Off_1,2,3,4 to enable those voltage regulators.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

I'm thinking the same but would like to hear some experts guidance.

If the protection diodes are burnt, I would think the processor is dead.

May be!!! but since IC3000 dead, can come to a conclusion after the replacement. Also there are chances that the HDMI diode burnt to protect Processor.
Fingers cross until replace MICOM IC...

Is there any pre-programming required in Micro Controller Chip before fix into board or it is Plug n Play ?

I would imagine that since this is a microcontroller with 64K flash memory, 4K Flash Data and 4K Ram it would need to be programmed.
