    Cheapy 862D+ Rework Station

I've got one of these things, and it's seen some HEAVY usage, this thing has been my daily driver for awhile now, and I have to say I love it.

However, I had to mod it to make it better.

The air gun was nowhere near as good as Hakko, nor Weller. So I found out you can get replacement elements that are much better. 7$ for a hotter element and this thing performs exactly like a Hakko, much nicer.

Now, my biggest complaint is the soldering iron. The included tips are, to be nice, shit. Use them on high heat like I do, and they'll fall apart in a few months. Where can I get good pencil tips that don't fit loosely on the end and won't deteriorate? I know people say Hakko tips will work, but which ones?

If anyone could point me in the right direction, that'd be great.

Also, recommend me some good desoldering wick, I can't stand the Radioshack shit, it doesn't work at all.
    Popcorn.

I believe most of them use a hakko 936 compatible soldering iron tip
