Re: jwco
actually no this one check with thermal camera only up to 45 degrees the main processor cooler and smal regulator on the right side.i own for years old samsung receiver gets so hot you can't touch it inside everywhere samyoung capacitors. i open one new box and now they use other brand caps KNSCHA instead of jwco.and all is 16v i read the specs and china factory give cuaranteed 10000 hours they must be joking.like jwco wright on caps label very low esr.anyway i solder new panasonics fr-fcLast edited by spiros.p; 05-03-2023, 09:54 PM.Comment

by moshuHi all,
Two years back I've bout a HP Spectre 13-af004na with issues related to SSD. No mater what M2 SSD I will try (SATA or NVM type) will not be recognized by BIOS and will not boot. If the same SSD will be plugged to USBC port, laptop will boot into windows and could be used. Searching on internet, someone was suggesting to replace the ribbon cable between SSD PCB and MB, which I did, and worked nicely for 2 years (with SSD connected internaly).
Few months back, started to see blue screens several times, but after restart thinks would be back to normal.
Now SSD cannot... -
by chriz74Hello all. I have this monitor. Recently it died due to a bad cap , the c606 400v 330mF in the power board. Replacing that made it wake up again.
The last days I tried to set the geometry by tinkering with the internal potentiometer and some 240p test suite pattern. No matter what I can’t get a perfect straight line. Since that cap went bad I am thinking maybe I need to replace some others for enhancing the geometry. Could anyone help understand which ones ? Here is the service manual . by blaster_Less than a year out of warranty, samsung UE49MU6105K craps out, they've got this designed obsolescence down to an exact science of self destruct when out of warranty...
Screen started to show horizontal lines and ghosted image at the bottom, then turned off by itself. Did software update, to no avail of the line problem, and got a boot loop after some minutes of watching TV. This boot loop will turn on the backlights for some seconds the sound comes on, the image will turn dark very fast and then it reboots again. Pressing power button will not put it on standby. Disconnecting... -
by PizarroHi,
I'm a noob trying to fix my sub-woofer.
I have obtained some simple tools and the circuit diagram, but have seen some odd behavior with one/some of the capacitors.
The problem is I don't know enough, to know what terms I should be searching for (so I can understand what happened).
Issue:
I used a simple "multi-function Tested T7" to check some of the capacitors (in circuit). Specifically a "330uF 10V JWCO" electrolytic capacitor, with my tool stating it was:
"304uF ESR=0.39 VLoss=15%"...-
