Futaba VFD M202SD01HA - identify component

    Hi,

i need some help to identify a failed part on a VFD Display.

The wound wires of the coil are broken, maybe i can repair the coil inside.
I would rather buy a new or similar pulse transformer.

But i can´t get any Information about this pulse transformer, i mailed futaba in USA, JP, Europe. They don´t respond to customer requests.

Has anyone a idea if this is a standard puls transformer or a custom one?
It must be a SMT-10 type with 3 Connections left and 3 Connections rights.

I think it´s used for the 5V and 30V DC/DC-AC Conversion of the VFD...

    Thanks in advance.

Might want to take a look at what this guy did:

    https://www.eeweb.com/member-project...cement-display

Also, found a manual for your board, it is attached.

You might find what you are looking for in this PCM80 service manual that uses the same display, attached.

Lastly, you might take a look at this thread as they seem to be talking about a replacement board for you display:

      Thanks,

i had found these information in the past.
One ESP with OLED is on it´s way.

But i would like to rebuild the DC-DC/AC part.
The display draws way to much current.

I already send mails to some futaba mail address, but they are not interrested in business relations...

Mayby i try to repair the transformer (soldier some fine wire to the windings and use caption tape for isolation).
