Default macbook retina A1398 820-00138 works slowly

Hi, ;-)
i am trying to understand what is happening to this macbook retina 15 A1398 from 2015 year with logic 820-00138.
The macbook had a swollen battery, it seemed to explode, removed the battery the macbook has power, starts without errors but is very slow, very slow. From resource monitoring all cpu cores work very high even without applications started.
I tried another trackpad flat, I disconnected the webcam, I disconnected the wifi card, I tried another IO board, I tried with more SSD hard drives.
I did apple hardware test, no errors, checked all sensors and temperatures are ok, has no damaged components, carefully observed under microscope, could it be bad SMC?
I made the following measurements:
PPBUS_G3H 12,60v
PPVIN_S5_HS_COMPUTING_ISNS 12,60v
PPVIN_S5_HS_OTHER3V3_ISNS 12,60
PPVIN_S5_HS_OTHER5V_ISNS 12,60
PPDCIN_G3H 18
PPDCIN_G3H_ISOL 18
PP3V42_G3H 3,4
PPVRTC_G3H 3,3
PP5V_S5 5
PP5V_S4 5
PP5V_S3 5
PP5V_S0 5
PP3V3_S5 3,3
PP3V3_S4 3,3
PP3V3_SUS 3,3
PP3V3_S3 3,3

MacBooks require a good battery to work properly.

forgive my inexperience, so if I start it now with no battery connected will it work slowly?

thanks for the information, they were very useful, however the problem remained, I tried an original and working battery and even with this connected it does not start. It sees the battery and the remaining charge but if I turn off the power it turns off completely, as if it were not connected.

?? If you remove the external and original power adapter, the logic board will turn OFF even if you have the battery connected ?

Using the battery ONLY (no power adapter) - meter in DC volts (20v scale is ok), check the attached points of interest.

Measure each and post the readings.

f7140 pin n2 12,30v
q7155 pin 5 12,30v
c7145 pin 1 12,30v
r7150 pin 1-3 12,30v

unfortunately the scheme is different from the logic board, I am attaching a photo, I hope I have measured well

PPBUS_G3H is too low. This means that the SMC has not boosted the value with the battery only case.

See attached. Check the voltage on D7050 dual ESD diode with the battery ONLY attached.

You asked to measure on battery not AC adapter.

Readings are ok.

What is the voltage of SMC_RESET_L ?
