Bluesound Pulse 2i red light,troubleshoot

Hi friends.
Got it from a local seller in condition that when powered ON I just get solid red light.
Spent 70 euros for nothing.
Anyway to troubleshoot this device?
I installed BlueOS app,connected LAN cable from the Pulse to my router and ran BlueOS app from laptop...it won't recognize the device at all.

Must be smth dead on board.
I did copy firmware to USB,which the device even does not dettect (no light flash on pendrive).
Also plugging the LAN cable does nothing,no light notification near LAN connector.
Must be some serious fault (hardware related).
I mean I could maybe open the device but I am not into repairing electronics.

I've noticed one thing...there is a sticker over one part of the device with new MAC adress over it..probably someone has changed network card.
I contacted well known person to me who repairs laptops about the device, and he told me he doesn't even want to look at it..
So I wasted 70 euros for nothing :/
I wish one day I become a repair guy and repair devices such as this one...
