Equivalent for A965 transistor

Hi Guys,

I am currently working on fixing an active subwoofer and found 2 bad transistors. One is A965 and the other one is C1815.

C1815 is easy to find but A965 not so much , at least where I live (Romania).

Can anyone help me identifying an alternative / equivalent for this , A965, transistor ?
Is there an online tool / engine that I can use that could help in this ?

If you can’t find an original you have to do the pair. 2SAxxxx translates to KSAxxxx and 2SCxxxx to KSC.
You have to look sometimes at the gain rating too, which would be an additional letter after the numbers.

Look up a KSA916yta data sheet. That should be a match to yours. Also get the sister part KSC2316 and swap the old one out. So this should be in the driver stage of the PA.
