    Q23

    1-2-3 and 4 19.5 stable
    1-2-3 and 5-6-7 80+ keeps going up
    4 and 5-6-7 100+ keeps going up

    Q25

    1-2-3 and 4 94
    1-2-3 and 5-6-7 20+ keeps going up
    4 and 5-6-7 100+ keeps going up

      Each looks to be low in resistance. Flux each and remove off the board.

      Then check the resistance again to confirm the resistance is consistent.

        Update: I didn't resolve the problem. So, the laptop was returned to the client.
