            Hi lotas this is my chip reader,

            Just looked on eBay I can get ue55ue6120 main board, I'm not sure if it's compatible...

                  Yes, it is compatible, but you will need to rearrange the eeprom SPI_ic1603 W25Q80, it is responsible for the t-con there are settings for your matrix, its diagonal.

                    Hi that program let me select qe, pressed write yes,
                    Nothing come up in the log,

                    Is that normal, usaly tell you if it's confirm write on the log...

                          Do you program with a clothespin?

                          Programming must be removed from the 25q40 board and programmed through the adapter and then soldered back.

                                QE is not active for some reason in the program, I already wrote that the CH341A programmer itself needs to be modified.

                                  f you do not activate the QE protection, then when installing and turning on the TV, the "header" at the beginning of the dump will be deleted again.
