Budm, I just want to say thank you for your guide! now I know my problem is Bad power supply.., I am just an average tech user, some technicians told me to replace Tcon board/ LVDS panel . I did replace it, but it didn't have any effect.

Hello, sorry to post onto existing message but really need some help...
My LG 47LV5500-UA stopped working "normally" yesterday for no apparent reason. I have sound, but entire display is weird with vertical lines and misaligned images. You can see but it's completely fuzzy... The issue also happens on the TV menus. Can't afford a new TV and really would like to fix this not so old out of warranty TV... I don't have much to lose at this point... I know it's hard to diagnose but I can follow "detailed" direction ! THANK YOU SO MUCH  |
