Toshina Portege Z30-B-10V burned component

Hello.
Have this Toshina Portege Z30-B-10V

HSB j 94V-0 E89382 1511


That have burned capacitor on main power input. Removed it and shorts gone, but laptop dont work even when i jump first two mosfets.
BQ24737 ic looks like all ok/voltages,resistances/, but mosfets P-channel dont get right gate voltaes

whe i jump mosfets the 5/3V ic is getting only 0.6V on 3.3V Enable pin

have anybody near hand schematic of this BQ24737 in real laptop circuit so i have picture how it is connected with those mosfets

i bypass the BQ, but dont have EN signals on 3/5V chip TPS51220. so i inject EN signals and have steady 5V and 3.3V , but still dont have no voltage on powerswitch. REG3 and REG5 is ok

SRY i did not check it. i just see ITE

So next candidate for SIO is SMSC MEC1632-AUE
