Inverter is receiving power, but does not supply power to outlets?

So I've got a 2000 watt ampeak inverter...when I supply it with 12 volts it powers on as it should and shows how many volts it's receiving...but when I plug something in it's supposed to show home many volts that item is using, but the screen stays at 0 volts and does not power the item at any of the 3 power outlets...Can anyone tell me what would be the cause of this issue?

It should say watts? volts on output theoretically should be constant no matter what the load is, until it's overloaded.

    so, fuse on secondary?
    gfci?
    burned output transistors?
    so many possibilities...
