Opinion on Enermax ERV1050EWT Power Supply

I see that AMD has dumped a bunch of new Enermax Revolution 85+ 1050 watt power supplies on the surplus market. They look pretty decent and have good reviews. At $40 each, they are just giving them away. Do these have any known problems or are they just being dumped because they are outdated?

Those are 1 KW+ PSUs after all. And a good brand too. Outdated or not, you'd still have no problem selling them as "refurbished" for $80+.

grab as many as you can afford... anything decent 700W and up is a deal at $40 a pop... last year I got a decent deal for a 600W seasonic (new IIRC) at $40 shipped... so those, nab 'em.

A bunch more of the Enermax Revolution 87+ 1000 watt power supplies have hit the surplus market. Price is at $40 US. I don't think I can post a link here but you can google "Electronics Goldmine" to find the site.
