redo the test of removing one cable from the tcon to panel. Your observations don't appear good. Post a picture of the display that you get. Further, IF the set is in "error mode", you might have to follow a "force sequence" to get the set to start up correctly.

So, if I understand you correctly, did you say that I should disconnect the flat cable from T-Com again first and then the other, and that I should watch the light blink?
If I disconnect the T-Com kit from the Tv main board, it flashes the same 2 x long 5x short regardless of whether or not the T-com board is connected.
ok now i measured the voltage a little more carefully.
when i turn on the tv in 220v
the first 5 seconds I have a voltage on the following pins like this
here are the results of measuring the first 5 seconds when I plug the cable into the electricity. (Main board conectet whit power board)!
after 5 seconds i have voltage only on PIN 15 / BU5V = 5V
that's it

PIN 1, 2 PNL12V = 12V
PIN 3 = 0V GND
PIN 4 = 0V GND
PIN 5 =12,89V
PIN 6 =12,89V
PIN 7 =12,89V
PIN 8 =12,89V
PIN 9 =0V GND
PIN 10 =0V GND
PIN 11 =0V GND
PIN 12 =0V GND
PIN 13 AC-DET = 3,33V (generated by power supply board)
PIN 14 PS-ON = 2,86V (Generated by main board)
PIN 15 BU5V = 5,05V
PIN 16 PNL-POW = 3.30V (Generated by main board)
PIN 17 = 0V
PIN 18 = 0,40V PIN 19 DIMMER = 0V Generated by main board)
PIN 20 = 0,45V
PIN 21 OFL = 0V
PIN 22 ERROR = 0V (generated by backlights circuit)
PIN 23 = 0V
PIN 24 STB = 0V This is BL-ON signal generated by Main board

Are you saying after 5 seconds you do not even have Voltage at AC-DET pin? Are you 100% sure of that?
Also you do not have BL-ON, DIM, ERROR.. Voltages.
See typical Voltages on PD pin.
Are you still getting the same blink code?
Are you 1005 sure about your Voltage measurement?
Do you notice if the backlights even come on for seconds? You may want to monitor the STB pin and the Error pin when TV is first turned on each time.
Also already try resting using the remote, I do not remember the exact key combination.

BTW, did you actually disconnect the cables between T-CON board and the LCD panel as suggested? You only indicated that you disconnect the cable between T-CON and the main board.

i'm doing what you told me to do.
I unplugged the flat cable first side A and nothing happened. then I unplugged page B.
all the same.
