    Need help troubleshooting

I was referred to this forum to hopefully get some input with an issue I'm having with my tv.
    Sony XBR-65X810C
Solid light colors have cloudy darker areas. Very noticeable on full screen solid colors, especially light colors. Whites have a bluish cast. All colors have a bluish cast. The attached photo is a pure white test image being played from YouTube. It's a bit exaggerated due to taking the picture with my phone. But you can see the dark areas and the blue cast.
Any suggestions as to what I should look at?

    Thanks so much.

Looks like this model uses the backlight led modules that turn blue. Large round flat lens with four black dots.

      Re: Need help troubleshooting

I actually contacted Shop Jimmy thinking it was a backlight problem. I attached the picture when I contacted them. This is the reply I got from them:
That's actually a pretty odd image to see. Looks like the backlights might be getting too much power. Typically we'd see an issue like this AFTER swapping out the LEDs, normally due to reflective sheets that sit on top of the LEDs not being correctly installed. Super weird to see this sort of issue so I'm not 100% sure what the cause might be.
They suggested I post here for input.

Backlights turned blue from being over-driven, would be my guess if so they need replaced and the backlights NOT brightness need to be turned down as far as tolerable, some do current mods with resistor/s.

I would tend to agree that the leds are turning blue as said above.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.
